Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
All homeware is shipped free of charge.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to fulfil all orders within one to four business days.
Once an order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking information included.
Small items like coasters, lamps etc we aim to deliver within seven to ten working days.
Large items like chairs, sofas, large tables we aim to deliver in three to five weeks from the order date.
If you require an item urgently - please get in touch and we will try our best to deliver it to you.
All items have a latest delivery date on the listing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world via tracked methods. All shipping costs are covered by us.
Taxes and customs fees.
The House Of BLOC will cover customs fees on products up to £135.
Products over £135 will be charged customs on arrival into your country. This includes the UK and Ireland.
For products over £135 - VAT, taxes and custom fees will be at the customer’s expense, and will be asked for at the time of the delivery. (The amount will be calculated once the goods arrive in customs)
The House Of BLOC does not manage the tax refund. You can either contact the customs directly or have the delivery made to the asked address.
The courier will be in contact once they receive the parcel for the payment to be made.
Returns + Exchanges
We have a very flexible returns policy as we want our customers to buy with confidence.
What if i want to return an item?
You have a 7-day window from the date of receiving your purchase to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item should remain in its original, unopened, and unused condition and must be accompanied by the original packaging or packaging that is nearly identical, along with all included accessories.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and provide the reason for your return. We will then furnish you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your shipment.
After we have received and inspected the returned item, we will promptly inform you about the approval or rejection of your return request. If the return is approved, you will be issued a full store credit code for use on our website.
Faulty or damaged items.
If there is any fault or damage with your order please contact us with your order number and photos/videos of the damage/fault. We will ship you a replacement of your item at no extra cost to you.
Trade and Airbnb Hosts.
The House Of BLOC can fulfill larger orders to trade customers who require larger orders.
At the moment we do not offer trade accounts but customers requiring larger orders can contact us and speak to a customer service rep who will advise you further.
