1. Placing An Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information so please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

2. Order Processing

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 5pm GMT will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

3. Tracking An Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Your order may be passed between courier's for some international orders. Your tracking number will be updated accordingly.

If by now you haven't received any email updates - please email info@thehouseofbloc.com and we can update any incorrect account details.

4. Promotions + Discounts

Welcome first customer promotion can be used on one (1) purchase only. Discount codes are only applicable to full price items and can not be applied to styles purchased on sale.

Membership Free Shipping is automatically applied at the checkout for customers who are eligible.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipped by The House Of BLOC will use services with customs paid.

6. Missing Orders

If tracking information reflects successful delivery but you have not received it, please email info@thehouseofbloc.com. Please note, we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivery confirmation.
